Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is not supported at this time. We do not ship internationally.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Each ReHash Heating unit is hand-built, tested, and tuned in our workshop before it ships. Most orders ship within 3 business days of order confirmation. Once shipped, transit typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Total delivery time = build time + transit time. We email you a tracking number when your order ships.

SHIPPING COST

Free standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the contiguous United States.

CARRIERS

We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on package size and destination. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

Once we hand a package to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the carrier-marked delivery date and we will help file a carrier insurance claim.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Orders are accepted only after payment is processed. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion (see our Terms of Service). If we cancel an order, we refund any charges in full.
